NAFAS written by my (Nita) buddy - Daymien Nathan. There was a group of us - friendship that was thicker than blood. We used to spend our nights together hanging out at our favourite mamak stall. He would be playing a random melody on his guitar and the rest of us making up the lyrics as we sing. We would lose track of time - sunsets would turn into sunrise and reality struck me again. Me and my early morning shifts, slaving my youth away to pay the bills. We would spend nights after nights together without fail for so many years that I can hardly remember. Little did we know that as we grew older, we slowly grew apart - blaming it on commitments and adulthood. I'm utmost grateful to have known each and every one of you who have taught me a lot.
